I am a huge advocate for tallow and have tried 7 or 8 different tallow butters from local vendors but all of them fell short. Whether it was texture, smell, hydration level, they never quite hit a home run for me. I was always having to use them alongside another moisturizer.
American Pride Ranch tallow butter is by far the best tallow based skin product I’ve ever tried. The texture is DREAMY! It soaked into the skin, doesn’t leave you feeling greasy, and provides deep moisture for hours. I’ve only had it for a few days, but it’s already soothed and cured a sunburn and helped nourish and heal a new tattoo. I use a small amount in my face at night and even after a short time, my skin is glowing and genuinely rejoicing for the newfound gentle moisture. The scent is really subtle and pleasant and doesn’t smell like animal fat or like strong essential oils like others do.
